In the course of our product development and manufacturing journey, we have been able to build a network of suppliers across raw materials, equipment and technology. These well-wishers have helped us scale a completely new product to a million units, within a span of just 4 years.

Raw materials

Raw materials are sourced through a global network, but coordinated through a local team, who are able to meet our stringent product specifications with short lead times

Equipment suppliers

Round the clock support is available to ensure uptime for critical machines is maintained. Inventory levels are maintained to ensure buffer stock at all times, for critical components.

Contract manufacturing

Local contract manufacturing partners enable us to ramp up supply to keep pace with the demand spikes. Tooling is fully owned by KOKO Networks.

Service providers

A mature service provider roster, especially in business critical areas such as logistics has allowed KOKO Networks to come through challenging times during the pandemic.

Develop and design the right equipment, toolings, fixtures, jigs and processes (whether manual, semi-automated or fully automated), as well as efficient factory layouts
Conduct field studies to evaluate and implement an optimised supply chains
Evaluate capable contract manufacturing, component, tooling and equipment suppliers by applying an informed techno-commercial lens
Develop alternative methods and processes to optimise manufacturing
