Performance managementKOKO Manufacturing also believes in nurturing talent through structured performance reviews. With clearly defined OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals, every employee is able to track and monitor their own performance. These are leveraged during periodic reviews with management to give constructive feedback, allowing employees to understand their strengths and areas for development. This then forms the basis of targeted development plans that can be supported with mentorship and training programs.
