Recyclable materials

Zero-discharge facility

• All water used on premises is treated and recycled for use
• Certain non-recyclable consumables such as machine oil are collected and sent to authorised recyclers
  
• No hazardous fumes are released from any of our manufacturing processes
  

Material handling and transport

Green grid

• Buses run on compressed natural gas (CNG) and ply on optimised routes
  
• All material handling equipment including forklifts are electric
  
• 80% of cooker components are sourced from local suppliers, reducing transport overheads
  

• 44% power accessed by the factory is generated through renewable sources
  
• Due to uninterrupted and predictable power, the need for diesel generator sets is avoided
  
• Flexible holidays allows optimum utilization of power availability
