Teamwork on and off the field

KOKO Manufacturing buzzed with friendly competition and camaraderie as our staff engaged in fun and exciting games to celebrate the holiday season. Our enthusiastic employees put up an inspiring display of teamwork, passion, and sheer talent with participation from all departments.

Our sporting tournaments began with an intense badminton tournament on the 8th and 9th of December, where men and women from the factory floor competed in individual tests of skill and strategy against each other. Each rally was a display of precision and sportsmanship. In the men’s category, Deep dominated the court, with Shreyansh coming in second. Nidhi came out on top in the women’s tournament, followed by Dhara.

This was followed by an internal cricket tournament over the 12th and 19th of December which pitted our teams against each other in a series of tense matches. Eventually, the Main Line team emerged victorious, with their abilities and spirit leaving an indelible mark on the crowd.

On the 17th of December, the focus shifted to strategy and precisions as teams battled it out in the carrom tournament. Sharpened aims and calculated moves resulted in exciting games. Ultimately, Chetan emerged as the factory champion, with Nidhi coming in second.

The winners of each event were celebrated with much fanfare receiving [exciting prizes and] recognition for their efforts. All participants, regardless of their final standing, showed true sportsmanship and camaraderie. These games fostered a sense of community and belonging, and provided a platform for employees to build stronger bonds and celebrate each other's achievements. Witnessing the enthusiastic participation and positive atmosphere solidified the event's success in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within our workforce.
