Flag hoisting ceremonies, traditional outfits and themed decorations organized by our diverse team ignite a shared feeling of pride and unity. It's a powerful reminder of our collective identity and the values we hold dear. We also celebrated the festival of Makar Sankranti together to strengthen our bond as a team. Sharing traditions fosters empathy and creates a truly inclusive environment.Even beyond these larger events, small touches make a difference. Birthdays are recognized with thoughtful gestures, reminding each individual of their unique contribution to our community.
